0-1,500 Square feet: $25.00 per cut
1,501-2,500: $27.50 per cut
2,501-3,500: $30.00 per cut
Every other week service add $5.00 to above prices
Overgrown lots priced out on a case by case basis
Details:
-Mowing with 21"/26" Walk behind mower, trimming of areas mower cannot cut, edge grass at hard surfaces when needed, blow off all grass from all hard surfaces.
-Assigned mowing day every week or every other week, only changes if delayed by rain, then we will come the next day.
-All Zoysia/Bermuda lawns will be cut using a reel mower at recommended heights (2"-2.5")
-Billed Monthly at beginning of month to debit or credit card/prorated if signing up in in partial month. We also offer per cut weekly pricing that is billed to a credit or debit card day of service, however monthly pricing is our lowest cost option.
